    How to clean a bamboo soap dish

    Preventing problems
    • Don’t leave it soaked in a puddle of water or in humid conditions.
    • Allow it to dry.
    • Remove the central tray and wipe down with a cloth.
    To clean the soap dish it is more about prevention than treatment. The easiest thing to do is to give it a wipe down with a towel or cloth when it is soaking wet. The slatted tray in the centre can be taken out so that it can be completely dried.The slatted tray helps drainage and our soap holder does have a waterproof paint but that does not make it completely waterproof. It greatly helps repel water. However, if the soap holder is left in wet and humid conditions all the time then it will go off.
