A delicious vegan cookie mix for quick and easy baking! Great for when guest appear unexpectedly or easy for your kids to get baking.

50g makes one huge cookie.

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Add the cold water to a large bowl with the dairy-free margarine. Mix together.
3. Empty the mix into the bowl with the water and the margarine. Stir to form a thick dough, you might want to get your hands involved!
4. Divide the mix into even chunks and roll each chunk into a round ball.
5. Place on the baking tray, leaving 3 inches between each ball.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes depending on how gooey you like them. 15 minutes is perfect for us!
7. Allow to cool before digging in to your easy vegan cookies!
