One of the worlds most popular green teas. The large, wiry, dark green leaves produced an extremely subtle cup that is slightly floral and sweet to taste.
This is a beautifully soft cup of tea that makes an ideal introduction to the world of fine teas.

Brewing

Take one heaped teaspoon of Sencha and add water that has boiled and cooled to around 75 to 80 degrees C.

Allow to infuse for 2 - 3 minutes or to taste.

Suitable for multiple infusions.
